Whether celebrating an anniversary, marking an occasion or popping an important question, our Romantic Picnics make your date night meaningful and memorable.
Arriving early to your chosen location, we lay blankets, fluff pillows, light candles and arrange flesh flowers, getting your breathtaking picnic spot ready for a grand entrance or romantic surprise. When the sun dips below the horizon, or two hours of quality time have passed, we return for clean up and pack-away, leaving you with nothing to do but enjoy every smile, snuggle and memory made together.

Two hour hire includes delivery, set up and pack away at your chosen location in WA. Travel fees may apply.
Package includes picnic table, rugs, cushions, side plates, sparkling wine, wine glasses, napkins, cutlery, lanterns, table decor, LED candles, fairy lights and fresh flowers to take home.

Yes, we can set up picnics in any locale or amongst any beautiful, natural backdrop. Please be sure to check with the local council for large group bookings or to secure a particular spot.
We have a 15-minute grace period for all picnic bookings. If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your booking time, we must pack up your picnic to ensure nothing is left unattended and follow-up bookings continue to run smoothly. This will be considered a late cancellation and full payment will be forfeited.Â
We set up our picnics anywhere across Western Australia. For destinations more than 15 km from O’Connor, 6163, travel fees will apply.
If it rains on your booking date, we’ll get creative! Before resorting to cancellation, we’ll explore options for moving your picnic to indoor or undercover areas — even someone’s lounge room. We encourage you to roll with the punches and enjoy the dry option; your picnic will be just as romantic and enjoyable as you had planned.Â
Yes. We require a $50 deposit to secure your booking date. The deposit payment will be applied to your booking invoice. Please note we will invoice separately for damaged or missing items.
If you cancel your booking within 14 days of the booking date, your booking fee will be forfeited. If you cancel your booking within 10 days of your booking date, the full payment, including deposit, will be forfeited. However, we are happy to work with you to reschedule your booking where possible to avoid full payment being forfeited.
We require a minimum of 4 guests for all picnic bookings.
